The concept received from the client assumed the production of pieces of the element and next glueing them together with the preservation of mass not exceeding 6,5 kg.
This resulted from the fact that the complicated shape and a very big number of negative angles made it impossible to de-mould the whole element. The performed analysis of the construction proposal presented by the client turned out economically unjustified and too time consuming. In consequence, we proposed a proprietary technological solution reducing both the client’s costs and the realization time. As a result, a special hybrid method OneOFF was developed, which enabled the production of a seamless element.
