KTM 690 Rally is one of the most advanced motorcycle designs on the market, which at the same time meets the standards allowing it to be used in road traffic.

Thanks to various types of carrier, it is possible to adjust the kit to individual preferences.

KTM 690 Rally is one of the most advanced motorcycle designs on the market, which at the same time meets the standards allowing it to be used in road traffic. As a result, the machine can be registered without any problems.

The motorcycle was designed using the latest technologies, programs and computer simulations. Top-class components are made of a combination of carbon and Kevlar, which guarantees maximum durability with minimum weight. This ensures an extremely low motorcycle weight of less than 160 kg (without fuel)!

Before the production was launched, we personally tested the applied modifications in road and off-road conditions, and we were truly proud of the results.

The implemented modifications gave amazing results, which is confirmed by our entire test team and satisfied users. Thanks to the invention, knowledge and experience of our specialists, we have created parts that have been directly tested by the competitors in the KTM 450 Rally Replica.

Depending on your preferences and device you want to mount it is possible to choose the type of carrier. You can choose from a carrier adapted for mounting a roadbook or for mounting various Garmin navigation devices.

When placing an order, please specify your preferred carrier option. After prior consultation with us, it is also possible to adjust the carrier to individual needs.

The weight of the motorcycle with our kit is 157kg – without fuel, and with the battery replaced with a lighter one and with an accessory exhaust tip.

Benefits for your motorcycle

CARBON NAVIGATION TOWER SYSTEM

Light and durable carbon navigation tower system that allows for the attachment of navigation devices for the traveler or rally event participant. Additionally, it can serve as a mount for USB ports, additional instruments, first aid kits and many more.

INCREASED RANGE

Additional fuel tanks with a total capacity of 16 liters (4,22 US gal) mounted on the front of the motorcycle, in combination with the original rear tank allow for refueling up to 29,5 liters (7,8 US gal), which gives a maximum range of 700 km (435 miles).

ADDITIONAL FUEL PUMP

The additional fuel pump allows the selection of the tank from which fuel should be drawn at a given time. In the event of tipping over and damaging one of the tanks, an additional pump will allow you to cut off the tank and switch to one that is functional.

LED LIGHTING

Modern lights, taken from the Dakar Rally, were installed on the motorcycle. They were made in LED technology, which will turn even the darkest night into day!

SKID PLATE

Dakar is no threat to it! The engine skid plate was created to take on the toughest challenges while maintaining its lightness. It is incomparably lighter than plates made of aluminum.

SPOILER

The front spoiler allows for improved driveability at higher speeds and brings more air into the cooling system. It is also a structural element for the tower and side panels.

MODIFIED ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION

The electrical installation was redesigned to ensure reliability and easy installation of components.

EXHAUST MANIFOLD

Changing the design of the exhaust manifold allowed us to install additional fuel tanks.

PROTECTION AGAINST HEATING

The exhaust manifold encased in carbon panels to ensure the comfort and safety of the user.

STEERING DAMPER

The steering damper is designed to provide maximum traction control in the toughest conditions. It allows you to adjust the range and force of operation. This provides better vibration damping at high speeds and makes maneuvering easy at lower speeds.

AWE-INSPIRING GRAPHICS

Our standard graphics refer to the original painting in Enduro R. We are able to make any graphics for the motorcycle, depending on the preferences of the owner. Sky is the limit!

It was a little difficult at times to put it together without a manual but luckily Carbon Fox Group did a general Youtube video of the build which can easily be followed. In general is sufficient but could be more complete. The final product is a beautiful lighter Rally bike which I can honestly say, rides so beautifully. From experience, I know that carbon parts perform better than aluminum ones. They are much lighter and more durable. I've had a few minor and major accidents during competitions. Thanks to the carbon kit, my motorcycle remained intact, whereas in the case of aluminum, I couldn't finish the race.
