The Husqvarna 701 Rally is built on the 701 Enduro platform, and thanks to the highest-quality materials we offer, it weighs only 158 kg dry.

In our set, in addition to the carbon fiber navigation tower and the skid plate, you will also find e.g.: 28-liter fuel tanks, APTC anti-skid clutch, Bosch ABS, Brembo brakes and WP suspension.

Our ultralight navigation tower contains the essence of the features needed for long journeys and cross-country racing.

CARBON NAVIGATION TOWER SYSTEM

Light and durable carbon navigation tower system that allows for the attachment of navigation devices for the traveler or rally event participant. Additionally, it can serve as a mount for USB ports, additional instruments, first aid kits and many more.

LED LIGHTING

Modern lights, taken from the Dakar Rally, were installed in the motorcycle. They were

made in LED technology, thanks to which they will turn even the darkest night into a day!

INCREASED RANGE

Additional fuel tanks with a total capacity of 15 liters (3,96 US gal) mounted on the front of the motorcycle, in combination with the original rear tank, allow for refueling up to 28 liters (7,4 US gal), which gives a maximum range of 666 km (414 miles).

MODIFIED ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION

The electrical installation was redesigned to ensure reliability and easy installation of components.

PROTECTION AGAINST HEATING

The header was encased in carbon panels to ensure the comfort and safety of the user.

ADDITIONAL FUEL PUMP

The additional fuel pump allows the selection of the tank from which fuel should be drawn at a given time. In the event of tipping over and damaging one of the tanks, an additional pump will allow you to cut off the tank and switch to one that is functional.

SKID PLATE

Dakar is no threat to it! The engine plate was created to take on the toughest challenges while maintaining its lightness. It is incomparably lighter than plates made of aluminum.

HEADER

Changing the design of the header allowed us to install additional fuel tanks.

IMPRESSIVE GRAPHICS

Our standard graphics refer to the original painting of Husqvarna 701. We are able to make any graphics for a motorcycle, depending on the preferences of the owner. Sky is the limit!

The set includes:

Interconnected front tanks (factory KTM rally parts), left and right – with all accessories. Tygon yellow breather pipes are equipped with billet aluminium front caps, and breathing is interconnected with a metallic tee. Triple layer thermal reflector is installed on the left tank to reduce heat transfer.
Composite carbon/aramid fiber navigation tower includes a top carrier with Rally or Adventure functionality.
Indefectible tank brackets made of aluminium, steel and stainless steel.
Wind shield and side panels are equipped with side panel brackets and rectifier relocation bracket.
Additional fuel pump (OEM Keihin) is shielded with carbon fiber pump protector.
Dedicated exhaust header is made of stainless steel.
Plug-and-play fuel line is supplied with two billet non return valves, all preassembled. Additionally, you get the most advanced heat shields that are installed on the fuel lines that need to be protected. We employed aerospace technology to ensure efficiency of the protection.
All wiring is plug-and-play (toggle for pump selection, reserve light etc.).
Carbon/aramid fiber reinforced skid plate is equipped with brackets with shock absorbers to protect the tanks in case of a heavy crash.
Seat pan is supplied with dedicated polymer inserts to make you feel comfortable even on long trips. Moreover, you can choose between seat cover color options

I have been lucky enough to secure the collaboration of Carbon Fox Group on this Rally build. The KTM 890 Rally kit is truly a beauty, carbon parts of the highest quality and the finest detail. It was a little difficult at times to put it together without a manual but luckily Carbon Fox Group did a general Youtube video of the build which can easily be followed. In general is sufficient but could be more complete. The final product is a beautiful lighter Rally bike which I can honestly say, rides so beautifully. Balance is maintained and you can’t feel any displacement by the tower, much the contrary, it really enhances its riding quality. Extremely pleased, good work Carbon Fox Group. I truly recommend this kit.

I only bought black bolts and washers – in my opinion, it looks better than the standard, bare bolt heads.

And then there's the weight savings.
