KTM 690 Baja is our response to the customer’s demand for a very durable and strong motorcycle, which at the same time allows you to travel long distances while maintaining comfort.
The basis for this project is the reliable construction of the KTM Enduro 690, which the manufacturer himself includes in the category of touring bikes.
We tried to make modifications that gave amazing results, which is confirmed by the entire test team and satisfied users.
Thanks to the invention, knowledge and experience of our specialists, we have created parts that have been directly tested by the competitors in the KTM 450 Rally Replica.
Before the production was launched, we personally tested the applied modifications in road and off-road conditions, and we were truly proud of the results.

The navigation tower, apart from the obvious functional and visual aspects, should be as light as possible, while maintaining high durability.
Few people know that during an off-road ride, it has to deal with accelaration of up to 20G.
Using computer simulations, we have obtained the optimal distribution of carbon fibers on the surface of the entire element.
Thanks to this, it doesn't differ in its quality from the highest class of this type of parts used in motorcycle rallies.
The tower is equipped with homologated, mega-efficient LED lighting, and the whole thing is covered with a glass with a shape that ensures an extremely low air resistance coefficient.

The ultra-light carbon airbox is equipped with a sponge filter used by professionals, which is much better adapted to use in harsh conditions than the factory filter.
Airflow analysis allowed to verify the geometry of the airbox body. Our design allows delivering a much larger amount of air to the combustion chamber, regardless of the rotational speed of the engine.
Thanks to the resulting flows, it is possible to achieve higher torque and power in a wider power range.
